For all returns please use our returns portal. For exchanges, please create a return for the items you want to send back, and place a new order for the new items you want.

We are unable to change shipping addresses, change order items, or cancel orders after they are placed. After an order is placed it is immediately imported by our shipping partner where they immediately begin work on packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible, and it will quickly be shipped to the address you provided.
