Quick Shipping!

In-stock orders placed before 11AM ET Monday - Friday will ship same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day. Delivery transit time is typically 2-10 business days depending on the shipment method and your shipping address. International delivery transit time is typically 7-15 business days. Transit times are estimated based on the shipping method and we can not guarantee delivery times, but we do our best!

Backorders:
Orders containing any backordered items will be delayed until the backordered items are restocked and the order can be shipped in full. Please reference the product pages for latest updates on backorder restocking estimates. 

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are are calculated at checkout and are subject to change until an order is placed. 

International Shipping:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Return Policy:
Returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. However if more than 30 days have gone by from the order date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

To start a return please use our returns portal: https://rainbowoptx-us.happyreturns.com. Please make sure to enter your store order number to identify your order. A shipping ID or any other payment ID number will not work. 

If a discount was applied to an order based on a minimum order value or minimum quantity, returning an item may result in the disqualification of that free item promotion discount if the resulting order drops below the minimum value or quantity for the promotion. 

If you order contained a free gift item it must be returned with the rest of the order, otherwise you will be charged for the full retail value of the free item. 

Exchanges:
If you would like to do an exchange, please simply place a new order, and request a return on the previous order, following the above return policies. 

Undeliverable Orders:
Sometimes orders are marked as Return To Sender and returned back to us. In this case, we made good on the shipment, and we will not be liable for shipping costs. If the order is returned to us we'll issue a full refund less $10 for the shipping and handling cost. 

Missing Deliveries:
If the delivery tracking information has reported that the order has been delivered, we assume this is accurate. After an order has been successfully delivered we are no longer liable for it. The customer is liable for the package once it has been delivered to the address provided during checkout. If a package is lost or stolen after a successful delivery we can not be held liable for this. If this happens please contact the delivery service. Also we recommend checking with anyone you live with or neighbors to see if they may have received the package. 

International Returns:
We can not offer return shipping labels for international orders. International return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Additional Returns/Exchanges Policies:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges may be granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If a set of glasses was purchased with a bundle discount (i.e. full set discount), returning individual items from the set may disqualify the order from qualifying for the bundle discount. The partial refund will be calculated based on what the order total would have been for the remaining items during checkout at the time the order was placed.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale Items (if applicable):
Any items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
