Orders placed before 12pm PT Monday - Saturday will ship SAME DAY. All other orders will ship next business day. Delivery transit time is typically 1-4 business days depending on the shipment method and your shipping address. International delivery transit time is typically 7-10 business days. Transit times are estimated based on the shipping method and we can not guarantee delivery times, but we do our best!

All orders over $50 ship for free! All other shipping rates are calculated in real time when placing an order.
30 day return/exchange policy for any reason. However if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Free Exchanges (US)
Thought you knew what you wanted but then changed your mind? No problem! We'll be happy to offer complementary exchange shipping.
Exchange shipping is complimentary on all initial exchanges per customer, per 30 day period. Shipping on subsequent exchanges by the same customer in a 30 day period will be the responsibility of the customer.

Free items included in an order as part of a promotion are not eligible for exchanges.
$8.00 will be deducted from your refunded amount to compensate for the prepaid return label. Shipping fees are not refunded if they were charged in the initial order.

If a free item was included or discount was applied to an order based on a minimum order value, returning an item may result in the disqualification of that free item promotion discount if the resulting order value drops below the minimum value for the promotion.
International Exchanges and Returns
We can not offer return or exchange shipping labels. Return or exchange shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
Additional Returns/Exchanges Policies:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges may be granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- If a set of glasses was purchased at a discount, returning individual items from the set will disqualify the order from the full set discount. The partial refund will be calculated based on what the order total would have been for the remaining items during checkout at the time the order was placed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
